In addition to research activities, PRI’s programs include dissemination activities through a number of channels, e.g. newspapers, TV, and holding of and participation in discussion seminars in which PRI staff members might be organizers, session chairs, or resource persons. In addition, PRI has been providing technical inputs to economic ministries of government as well as business chambers. In partnership with local and international knowledge partners, PRI has undertaken technical assistance assignments with several economic ministries (e.g. Ministry of Finance, National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh Bank, Board of Investment, Ministry of Commerce) to help build capacities and support formulation of policy responses to domestic and international economic events.
